30 every signed hour has a cost code against it · 20 the board was written the day it describes · 20 the PM signed it inside a day · 20 units logged · 10 nobody had to chase it.
As-builts, 5 points a week: from the week ending Oct 18, 2026, the job's score is its daily average scaled to 95, plus 5 points for every finished week the foreman filed the weekly as-built update in Plans. A week counts once it has ended.

Units score only on a day where the board already totals the signed sheet, man for man. A quantity typed onto a day that does not reconcile is worth nothing. A job needs three scored days to be ranked, so one good day does not win a week.
